There is no specific information on the required prior work experience for the bidder in terms of years. However, the bidder should have completed similar works, and the details of the same should be submitted as per Annexure-VI of GCC'2022. The similar works completed should be in the nature of "Electronic Interlocking Work {Indoor or (Indoor+ Outdoor)} And /Or Panel Interlocking Work {Indoor or (Indoor +Outdoor)} And /Or Route Relay Interlocking Work {Indoor or(Indoor + Outdoor)}". The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder should also submit the requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet.
