East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: 1. Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as: 1. Manning of OHE depots of Railways, 2. Erection Manning of Electrical Substation of 25 KV and above voltage, 3. Maintenance/Breakdown of 25 KV OHE equipment of traction distribution of Railways, 4. Design, Erection and Commissioning of 25 KV OHE. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V', whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The average annual contractual turnover is calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet.
