Modification and alteration to Existing of Design of detailed circuit and wiring diagram for Panel 1 Interlocking on the basis of approved signalling plan , control table as per Rly latest practices including contact analysis chart , relay disposition chart, fuse analysis chart, relay register with latest amendment including supply of circuits and wiring diagram, design of selection table. (More than 4 lines to 8 lines station)

Supply of Tool bag complete with Megger ADD AC/DC clampmeter, with Hand Held Tool Bag. (Inspection by Consignee)

Termination of cable cores on ARA terminals or on 8 way terminals in the cable termination rack. 2 This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from under ground, Peeling off insulation, dressing of cable core supported on sting rod with contractors own materials as per instruction of the site incharge. The cable armour to be earthed. Cable tags to be provided.

Supply of HDPE PLB Duct 40/33 mm with all required accessories. Inspection: Consignee

Laying of HDPE pipe in trenches and/or any other place as required for protection of cable as per instruction of site engineer.

Supply and installation of OFC termination box of DOT spec. no. G/FTB-01/02-March-99 for 24 fiber cable and splicing of fibre with pigtails cable as per specification drawing and stipulation of tender document. This includes testing of OFC, supply of teak wood plank, aluminium ladder etc. Inspection: Consignee

Supply of 24V-32V/10A DC-DC Converter Inspection: Consignee

Excavation of trench in all kinds of soil including cleaning of roots etc up to a depth of 01 mtr and 7 300 mm width in all kinds of soil including medium but excluding hard rocky soil duly cleaning any roots of trees, plants, bushes etc in entire section as per RE specification. The trench should be parallel to the track. Back filling of trenches after laying of cable and ramming of soil trenches and consolidation of soil to Original ground level and disposal of soil.

Laying/blowing/drawing /Pulling of OFC/PIJF/Quad cable in the treanches/HDPE duct as per specification, drawings and stipulations of tender documents and as per approved plan, where protective works already provided as per Tech. specification.

Supply & installation -Sub assembly of injection Moulded plastic cable tray along with case and cover as per CWM/SW/HWH's: Drg.No. SW/SA/29/821 & SW /SA/29/822 and specification as per.RDSO's Ref. No. ST8 Cable Lying Practices Vol-IV dtd.09.05.2018. Inspection: RDSO

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6gradded stoenaggregate 20mm nominal size) including cement

Semi Skilled/Unskilled supervisory labour assistance to incharge SSE at work site in day to day 11 works i.e giving marking of proposed cabling work, cable laying, installation of equipments,taking of measurements of work done, noting of daily work status, carrying the tools & equipment etc., watch & ward during the course of execution of work as per the instructions of SSE incharge concerned Note: This schedule will be operated on need basis as per Railway Requirement

Transportation of less heavy material & man power supply & running of one muv to the sites of work as per requirement & direction of engineer in charge along with driver. The rate includes all taxes ,license fee, road permit, driver wages, fuel, repair, & maintenance cost etc complete in all respects.

Maintenance of Signalling gears/assets and Gates/Main/Tail signalling cable/OFC/Quad Cable. The 13 work organise by team is Main signal cable test in disconnection, Tail signal cable test in disconnection/maintenance of signalling gears/assets and gates. The team to be provided for this work should comprise of Signal wireman - 02 Nos, Cable jointer(Tele)-1 no, and helper-3 nos. It also includes any work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P required to execute the work will be supplied by the contractor.

Supply and fixing of MS FLAT size 32mm *5 mm as Earth lead on Location boxes and Interlocked LC gates. All required material will be supplied by the contractor. Inspection Consignee

Supply and installation of earth electrodes including MS plate for signaling equipment such as lever frame, apparatus case, signal, relay rack, block instrument, etc. as per instruction of site engineer. Earth measurement will be done jointly. There cord of the earth will be submitted by the contractor to the site engineer. Inspection: Consignee Inspection Charges: None. PaymentTerms: 100% after installation.

Supply & installation of basic Earthing kit as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest. Each set will consist of a) Earth electrode of Copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel rod, minimum 3.0 mtr. long and minimum 17.0 mm dia, specially designed for electrical grounding- 01 No., b) Earth Enhancement compound in 10Kgs bag - 3 Nos., c) Copper tape of 25 mm x 6 mm x 300 mm - 2 Nos, d) Copper tape of 25 mm 16 x 6 mm x 200 mm to terminate on earth electrode - 01 No., e) Supply of insulated connecting cable to connect equipment bus bar 10 meter each earth., f) Installation of Unit Earth consisting materials covered in above item in accordance to RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest which involves digging of earth to required depth, insertion of electrode, joint of electrodes using coupler, filling of earth enhancing compound, provision of exothermic weld one to connecting cable to the earth electrode and another to the copper tape. Electrode termination in a concrete sink and routing the cadmium cable to bus bar in equipment room. (All other materials required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor). Modification in WESTRACE -EI system

Alteration in wiring, power wiring testing and commissioning of EI with supply of 6 sets altered logic circuit and other drawing.

Supply of completion documents/drawings. Inspection: Consignee

Supply of Wago Terminal Block with knife disconnected large, clamp type for simultaneous test & measurement of 4' conductors with end stopper & suitable Din rail confirming to Specn. Inspection: Consignee

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of MSDAC with all accessories as per RDSO Spec. 1 No.RDSO/SPN/176/2013 (Ver.-3) with latest amendment as per Annexure-K1(one set for 80 DPs) & K2 (Two set for 40 DPs each ), Technical condition as per Annexure-L1 & L2. Inspection: RDSO (Note: Unit "Numbers" should be understood as "Per DP")
