Fising and supply of LED street light 40 W New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long hfe LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 Iorotection and impact resistance of IK08 on polefwall with lsuitable 04 size G.l. Pipe of medium gauge smooth bend with 120degree (2 feet + 1 feet) long, MS clamp , Nut bolt etc. as required, Kit-kat fuse 16amp in suitable size MS box should be orovided with G.I. pipe. Wiring connection of fitting and kit-kat fuse will be done with not less than 2.5 sq.mm aluminium wire through G.L pipes and PVC flexible pipes complete in all respect. Similar to ENDURASUNDOWNSL40WLED765PASYBOPC. Make of Luminaire, Philips, Havells, Bajaj Cromipton. LED Luminaire warranty period will be 05 years.

Laying and fixing one no. XLPE/PVC Aluminium Conductor I I00 Volt grade of size exceeding 25 sq mm but not exceeding 120 sq mm on surface/wallrail pole through Gl pipe as per site required (Cable will be supplied by Rly)

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE Cable 1100V grade of size exceeding 2s Sq.mm direct in ground one meter depth including excavation, sand cushioning ,and refilling to trench as required. (cable will be supplied by railway)

Laving of One additional PVC Description insulated and PVC sheathed/X LPE cable ofI100V grade up to 120 sq. mm dircct in ground including excavation. sand cushioning protective covering and refilling of trench as required. (cable will be supplied by Railway)

Provision of earthing withG.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia including accessories with charcoal and salt as required and providing masonary foundation work, watering arangement etc.Pipe make- Tata,Jindal, Bansal.

Providing and fixing 06 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit /sub main wiring / cable.

Supply and fixing of bus bar chamber with 4 strips bus bar of length 300 mm made.of copper strips suitable for 100 amp Capacity complete with all accessories including connection, earthing the body complete etc as required. Make - Standard/ Havells/ Bentex/ C&S /Samko.

Installation, testing , commissioning and supply of switch disconnector fuse unit 100 11 amp. 415 volt AC 4-Pole confirms to IS:13947(Partl and III) in sheet steel enclosure complete in all respect. Make- Havells,L&T,ABB, Capital. Switch will be installed /mounted on the pole/wall with the MS clamp, bracket,sheet, Nut bolt etc. including masonary work if required and supply of all required material for fixing.
