East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as Building Works/Any work involving PCC/RCC. The bidder should submit a list of completed works, including the final value of the contract at the time of bill finalization. The description of the completed works should include the organization for whom the work was executed, approximate value of the contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work.
