Dismantling old existing B.G.Track consisting of 90R/52KG free rail/SWP/LWR in all types of sleepers 01 of all densities including all types Points & Xing etc. and removing rails, sleepers, fastenings etc to cess in yards and stacking all the released P.way materials within 2.00 kms at nominated location as per direction of engineer Incharge at site.

Earthwork excavation in embankment formation/cutting & below ground level up to the requirement for placing of RCC Boxes near unmanned Level Crossing Gates duly removing the existing ballast etc DURING LINE BLOCK 03 PERIOD for fixing of RCC Boxes and refilling of earth for making of formation after fixing of Railways RCC Boxes to correct alignment using contractors own Hitachi's stone/concrete breakers, tractors of disposal of excavated earth, labour, tools, plants, machinery, lead, lift, mentainenance etc complete and as directed by the engineer incharge. Note- Fixing of RCC Boxes is a seperate item.

Complete soil investigation at construction site of LHS including making of 150mm dia bore holes in all types of soil through hand auger method of any other suitable method requied as per site conditions in accordance with IS:1892-1979, collection of undistrubed samples at a depth of approximetly every 1.50 mtr. or asper site requirements in each bore hole withine walled tubesampler as per IS:2132-1977 (revision-1) conducting standard penitration test in accordance with IS:2131-1981 (revision-1) at every 1.5 mtr. or asper strata conducting following test on samples (test to be 04 completed within a week of taking the sample).Pereparation of soil samples well be done asper IS:2710(Pt-1)-1983 (revision-2). (a) Grain size analysis as per IS:2720 (Pt-4) (b) Determination of liquied and plastic limits as per IS:2720 (Pt-5). (c) Determination of natural moisture content as per IS:2720 (Pt-2) (d) Determination of specific gravity as per IS:2720 (Pt- 3) section-2. (e) Tri-axial test/unconfined comperesive strength test as per IS:2720 (Pt-10/11). Any submission of test report in 03 copies with detaild description of filed investigation, soil clasification of test results, SPT chart, laboratory test results, grain size distrubution curves, site plan and calculation of bearing capacity as per relevent IScodes for pile, well and open foundations as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site.

Taking out ballast complete including ballast cushion under BG track released ballast shall be screened and useable ballast stacked upto 50 mtr. Away from centerlise of track on dressed, leveled ground etc. as a complete job (payment shall be of useable screened quantity of ballast only).

Putting of ballast in the track, unifformly from stack lying on the cess as per the requirement including 06 boxing, dressing the ballast as per latest specification or as directed by engineer incharge including all leads, lifts, ascents, descents, crossing of nallahas, railway track or any other obstructions with contractors own tools and plants, labour etc. as a complete job.

Providing Pre cast RCC M-35 controlled concrete in segmental box with 20mm crushed stone agregate, 11 course sand, cement, form work, shuttering, centring, staging, mechanical mixing of concrete,vibrating of concrete with electrical/mechanical vibrator, curing for specified period complete as per approved drawing and design including all labour and materials, tools,plants, machinery etc. Nothing extra will be paid on any account except steel reinforcement which will be paid under relevant USSOR items.

Placement of precast RCC segmental Box.RCC slab etc.with the help of road crane at desired location, 12 carefully by lifting and packing method during traffic and power block with all contractor labour tools and material, crane, machinery, preparation of surface as directed by Engineer, including filling og joints by epoxy morter and laying of required sand including cost of epoxy.

RCC grade M-25 (controlled concrete) in precast base slab unit with cement, course sand & stone chips of 20mm nominal size duly compacted with mechanical vibrator, curing properly, mixing of concrete mechanically as per 13 CE's approved drawing, fixing of lifting hooks. Rate shall include supply of all materials (except cement & steel bars for which separate payment will be made), steel centering, staging, shuttering & scaffolding, steel pipe, cutting, bending, binding, lapping & placing steel reinforcement binding wire all lead and lift, crossing of track, fencing etc., tools and plants & any unforeseen items required to complete the work in all respect. The concrete work will be done as per IS: 456-2000 and as per IRS concrete bridge code 1997 & materials will be supplied as per relevant IS specification.
