The bidder should demonstrate availability of personnel with adequate experience, including: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. (5 years as Manager having MBA) or equivalent or retired E.E. - Site Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 03 Years Exp. (3 years in Building Construction) or Diploma in Civil + 7 year Exp. In Building construction or retired A.E. - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech./ Civil + 03 Years Exp. or Dip. Mech + 05 Years Exp. or Retired J.E. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 03 Years Exp. or Dip. Civil + 05 Years Exp. - Site Supervisor: Fresh Graduate in Civil or Diploma Civil + 02 Years Exp. or retired I.T.I Holder. The bidder should have a minimum value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with a total value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are at least 50% of the estimated value of the contract.
