Polycarbonate sheets roofing/ cladding Providing and fixing in position (for roofing and cladding) machine made 2mm thick corrugated polycarbonate sheets (conforming to IS :14434, 14443) of approved manufacturer (in approved shade) extruded from polycarbonate resin, having profiles as approved/ matching exactly with the surrounding pre-coated roofing/ cladding sheets and having following properties: (a) Specific gravity 1.2 g/ cm3 (b) Hardness 119 M Scale (c) Tensile Strength 64 Mpa (d) Compressive strength 66Mpa (e) Impact Strength 900 J/m The item includes fixing to steel structure members (truss/ purlins)/ brick masonry walls by means of polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts, nuts 8mm dia G.I. bitumen washers etc. all complete as per approved manufacturer's recommendations and specifications.

Steel Entrance Gates

Providing and fixing in position Steel Entrance Gates consisting of 40mm x 80mm x 3.2mm M.S. tubular frame, 80mm x 40mm x 3.2mm rectangular M.S. hollow sections & 32x32x2.6 mm MS rectangular hollow sections, both horizontal & vertical members welded to the framework and intermediate curved rectangular hollow section as per standard design, locking arrangement, 25mm thick, 75mm dia M.S. wheel with ball bearing including fixing the gate to RCC/ masonry by M.S. hinge arrangement (fabricated/ machined as per detail) and M.S. hold fast (25 x 6 x 200mm long) grouted with M-20 grade concrete, providing and fixing M.S. pivot, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm M.S. Tee bent to shape and embedded in road surface for gate opening track, gate stopper, painting the gate with approved shade and quality synthetic enamel paint (two coats) and a coat of approved quality primer, ensuring smooth operation of the gate etc. all complete as per EIL- STD-No. 7-75-0054.

SAFETY (REFER EIL SPECIFICATION)

Safety Structures - Non FIM Items

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system of any height made with 40 mm dia MS tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with MS tubes, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform/ staircase etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Height shall be measured from Floor/ platform from where scaffolding is erected) including providing Aluminium ladders for safe acess of workers.

Providing of steel scaffold stair tower system with minimum 800 mm wide flights, landings at every 1.5 to 2.0 m height, handrailing around flights and landings for safe access upto a height of 12.0 m, all complete including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower etc., at the location directed by Engineer-in-Charge on monthly rental basis. Rental charges shall be payable after completion of erection of the system and acceptance by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rates shall also be inclusive of dismantling of the system and taking out all materials from the project permises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate quoted shall be for Running Meter (Height) per month.

All materials, labour, equipment & machineries, tools, tackles, consumables, loading & unloading, transportation & handling will be under scope of contractor. Structural steel for Sl No. 6, 7,8,9,10,11 & Gratings for Sl No. 19 will be supplied free of cost. Unloading of structural steel upon receiving from manufacturer/ supplier will be under scope of contractor. Transporting of fabricated steel structures from fabrication yard to site and unloading of the same at site will be under scope of contractor.
