The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar projects, including designing, manufacturing, type testing, supplying, and supervising erection and commissioning of specific Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays and Air Insulated Substation (AIS) circuit breaker equipped bays. For GIS projects, the bidder must have experience in at least two GIS circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above, 220kV or above, or 110kV or above voltage class in one GIS substation or switchyard during the last seven years in India. For 33KV new AIS Bays, the bidder should have completed construction of at least two new AIS or GIS circuit breaker equipped bays of 33 KV or higher voltage level bays in 132/33 KV AIS/GIS or above voltage class substation on a turnkey basis. The bidder should have successfully executed and commissioned any power projects under central or state power utility, joint venture company, or major qualified transmission companies in India as a prime contractor or joint venture member within the last ten financial years. The executed value of such a project should not be less than 10% of the estimated contract value of the instant tender or Rs. 50.00 crores, whichever is higher. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 10% of the estimated contract value of the instant tender - Rs. 50.00 crores (whichever is higher) - For tenders with an estimated cost of more than Rs. 25.00 crores, the proposed minimum technical experience for each joint venture partner will be applicable. If the estimated cost is up to Rs. 25.00 crores, then the minimum technical experience for each joint venture partner will not be required, but all partners jointly shall meet the minimum technical experience.
