The bidder should have prior work experience in executing and commissioning power projects, including construction of new GIS GSS, GIS Bays, AIS Bays, and R&M of GSS. The required experience includes: - Design, manufacture, type testing, supply, and supervision of erection and commissioning of at least two Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above voltage class, 220kV or above voltage class, or 110kV or above voltage class in one GIS Substation or Switchyard during the last seven years. - Completion of at least two new AIS/GIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 400KV or Higher Voltage Level, 220KV or Higher Voltage Level, or 132KV or Higher Voltage Level. - Completion of at least one new substation of 400KV or Higher Voltage Level, 220KV or Higher Voltage Level, or 132KV or Higher Voltage Level with minimum four AIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays. - Design, manufacture, type testing, supply, and supervision of erection and commissioning of at least two GIS circuit breaker bays of 33kV or above voltage class in one GIS/AIS Substation or Switchyard during the last seven years. - Completion of at least two new AIS/GIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33 KV or Higher Voltage Level bays in 132/33 KV AIS/GIS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis. The value of similar works completed should be at least 10% of the Estimated Contract Value or Rs. 50.00 crores. The bidder should also have a performance guarantee of the equipment supplied for a period of 48 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment or 60 months from the date of receipt of the last consignment at site/stores, whichever is earlier. In case of Joint Venture (JV), all partners should collectively meet the technical requirements, with the lead partner meeting the financial criteria and having minimum technical experience, and other partners meeting the financial criteria and having minimum technical experience, including erection, testing, and commissioning of at least two GIS/AIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33kV or above voltage level during the last seven years in India, for tenders with an estimated cost of more than Rs. 25.00 Crs. The bidder should submit details of prior work experience, including the number of Circuit Breaker Bays, Single Phase CTs or Bushing CTs, and Disconnectors/Isolators in the Bay, along with proof and certificates from the Employer. The bidder's average annual turnover for the best three years is required, and they should have liquid assets or access to credit facilities, with the monetary value of the tender mentioned as up to Rs. 25.00 Crs.
