Providing and fixing in fire resistanct door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc with G.I beading made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet (zinc coating not less than 120gm/m2 ) of size 20x33 mm screwed with M4x38mm SS screws at approved fire restant primer/poweder coating of not less than 30 micron on GI beading & special ceramic tape of 5x20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. The glass shall be clear, taughened, interlayered, non-wired fire resistant having 11 mm thickness of appd brand with 120 minuts of fire resistant both integrity & radiation controle(EW120 and minimum 15 minof insulation (E115) and having a sound reduction of 37 Db and LT of 86% Glass shall be compliant to class 2(B)2 category of Impect Resistence as per EN 12600. The glass should be manufactured in UL & TUV audited facility and i/c UL-EU certification. The maximum glazing size cannot be more than 1100 mm x 2200 mm(wxh) or 2.42 sqm in total area. The test report for the complete system (Glazed Door of Partition ) will be concidered valid only if it contains the stamp and signature of the authorized signatory from the glass manufacturerer (Actual glass size is to be measured at site for payment)

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of (a) a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mmx100mmx3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x35 mm Filled Steel with finish 1.2mm anti static high pressure Lamination . Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 454 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 2025 kg/sqm all complete of make UNITILE/TATE/KINGSPAN/EVEREST and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (d) Extra for providing & fixing Unitile U-Flex air flow grill of size 600x600x35 mm without volume control damper as per approved sample and al complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

(e) Extra for providing & fixing Unitile U-Flex air flow grill of size 600x600x35 mm with volume control damper as per approved sample and al complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

(f) Supplying of Unitile U-Flex panel lifter with a special two cup suction panel lifting tool, designed for heavy duty load carrying capacities and providing a strong, safe grip on even the heaviest floor panels. Panel lifter to be with a safety lever attachment which requires deliberate manual movement to unlock the panel all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 mm thick Optra mineral fibre board (tegular edge) false ceiling of Armstrong, 24 mm flange stitched suspension grid system having main Tee 3000 mm long x 28 mm webheight x 24 mm wide tee sections. The main runner is to be fixed with 2 mm thick prestretched G.I raw plug inserted on the main roof to be fixed at 1200 mm C/C.. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. The main runner will be at a distance of 1200mm c/c. The flush fitting 1200 mm x 26 mm x 15 mm wide cross Tee sections, with precision stub end is to be click fit in between the main Tee at a distance of 600 mm to make a module of 1200 mm x 600 mm. Another cross tee with precision stub end of size 600 mm x 24 mm x 15 mm is to be click fitted at 1200 mm sections parallel to main Tee at 600mm centre to make a square grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. All base frame material clip end should be made of cold rolled steel components and coated with hot dip galvanised steel. It should have a capping of material coated with baked polyster paint. The perimeter trim of size 24 mm x 24 mm white colour secured at 450 mm C/C. Tegular edge tiles 15 mm thick suitable for 600 mm x 600 mm grid to be placed on grid. Tiles should have NRC of 0.90, having light reflection of 84% and thermal conductivity of K- 0.052-0.57 W/M degrees centigrade. The fire rating of tiles should be Class-I for spread of flames as per BS-476 & having humidity resistance of 95% Rh. (For A.C Grills & Light Fixtures, additional members if required is to be provided into the grid system). The work has to be carried out as per Architectural Drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F homogeneous Antistatic sheet and skirting of approved company like Krishna Vinyl, wonder Floor etc. in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber equivalent adhesive of approved quality and manufacture like Dunlop- S-758, Fevicol SR-998 or I/c rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg,i/c repairing of damaged floor where ever necessary all complete as per direction of E.I.C A) 2.00mm thick sheet

Providing & fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets(DURASHINE TATA SHEET) (size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by E/I 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickess with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 micrones epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scratches during transporation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 mtrs or as desired by engr-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.50x55mm with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing GI hold fastener of 50 mm long for clamping in wall for shading for protection outdoor unit all complete as per direction of E/I.
