Project Benefits: Imported scope of supply: a) DEEC / SEZ/EPCG/DFIA/ Physical Export contract: Eligible for “NIL” Basic Customs Duty. b) Project Imports: Eligible for Concessional Basic Customs Duty. c) Basic Custom duty and Cess on Basic Custom duty are reimbursable by customer.
