Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The values mentioned for these requirements are: - 3 years (experience criteria) - 50% of bid quantity (past performance) - 50% weightage is given to past performance The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Manufacturer Authorization: Authorisation Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details such as name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No. - Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid - OEM certification for imported products: Certificate to prove that the OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM has a registered office in India to provide after-sales service support in India. - Service Centre: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty.
