Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height, 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 no’s M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, check nuts etc. as required as per the drawings. Three-hole type.

Installation of 450mm height C.I. transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4 of 150mm thick, top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including soil excavation, providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water along with levelling, earth connection etc. as per confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete and as directed by E-I-C.

Installation of old/New dummy base plate on the existing CI housing box/Collar as per site requirement along with providing & fixing of the 3mm thick new neoprene rubber gasket, M10 SS Bolts (, washer etc complete as required. (agency has to provide all accessories as neoprene rubber gasket, M10 SS Bolts (set of 6), washer etc)

Supply of 2X6 sqmm cable sizes of stranded annealed copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated , PVC sheathed , unshielded, ant termite and ant rodent treated Air Field cable and confirming to IS:1554 Part-II as amended up to date and as per specification.

Supply of 1X6 sqmm cable sizes of stranded annealed copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated , PVC sheathed , unshielded, ant termite and ant rodent treated Air Field cable and confirming to IS:1554 Part-II as amended up to date and as per specification.

Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PE sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm. in the existing RCC / Hume / HDPE/Stoneware / GI pipe complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm. plug & receptible with existing 6 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade 50 HZ series type isolating Transformers, of following rating encapsulated in polyester resin, finally with neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connections as required.(15 W, 6.6/6.6 Amp).

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of new Isolating Transformer i/c connection with primary and secondary lead cable etc complete as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia size HDPE pipe as per IS 4984: 2016 specification, material grade PE 100 PN 10 and as per specified in particular specification as per approved make of AAI.

Laying of HDPE pipe up to 160 mm dia. through HDD trenchless method direct in ground up to depth of 3.0 (i/c Under runway/Taxiway/Road in all type of soil including coupling, splicing of pipe, providing nylon rope in spares pipes as per requirement etc. as required in all respect as per specification.

Laying of HDPE pipe up to 110 mm dia direct in ground including excavating the earth and laying of pipe in trench in such a way that the top of pipe shall not be less than 750 mm below the ground level and also refilling with excavated soil etc. complete as required. (This item will be paid only where HDPE pipe is laid direct in ground without HDD method)

Supply of 25 mm size outer dia medium B class G.I. pipe as per approved make of AAI.

Laying of 25 mm size outer dia medium B class G.I. pipe i/c coupling socket connection etc in the existing trench /masonry open duct etc complete as requirement.

Supply of 2CX2.5 sqmm and 0.3 mtrs long copper conductor two pin secondary lead male/female suitable for airfield lighting system as required.

Supply of 2core X 2.5 sq.mm AFL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulated PCP sheathed, unarmoured, anti-termite & anti rodent treated 600V/1100V grade for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures.

Laying of secondary lead of up to size 2core X2.5 sqmm and making interconnection between isolating transformer and AFL fittings etc in existing pipe/open masonry duct wherever as reqd etc complete as required.

Cutting of pipe groove with kerf cutting machine of suitable size & depth for laying of GI/HDPE Pipe/Secondary lead in bituminous/PQC area of runway i/c kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable concrete/sealant DOBEFIL 60/Hardener and making good including etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Constructing brick masonry manhole chamber of min. outside dimension 1.6m x 1.6m x 1.1m with medium class bricks(side wall width 22.5cm) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) R.C.C. top slab of 100mm thick with mix 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1: 4: 8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone of aggregate 40mm nominal size) in side plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 02 nos. of equal sizes RCC slabs/covers should be provided in a MS angle frame work of size (35m x 35 x 3mm) at the 04 nos. of edges on top and bottom of the slab and job including excavation of soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 metres, levelling of soil to cover elevated edge around the constructed cable chamber as directed by EIC.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia, G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of Electric panel and for levelling of cable chamber ege with area nearby in operational area and as per direction of EIC.

Excavation & refilling for cable trench in soft soil up to 1.2 mtrs including dressing of sides and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Modification in existing ALCMS architecture design for integration of new CCRs for turn pad light and other GLF as PTT edge light, Isolation bay edge and guard light etc available at Patna Airport for controlling with existing ALCMS system , configure the system for controlling the turn pad light with existing ALCMS.

Structural steel work in built up chequered plate(8mm) work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in partition and applying a primary coat of approved steel primer etc. all complete as required.

Supplying and Drawing 4 mm dia FRLS PVC insulated annealed copper conductor, unarmoured cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
