Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete for the high mast mentioned in item no.-1 considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sq.Mtr at min. 2 metres depth and as per soil bearing capacity, works also included hard/soft soil exacavation & disposal for foundation including erection, testing and commissioning of 25/15/12 mtrs high mast system etc. as required and as per specification mentioned in TS & as per direction of EIC.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of following type LED Flood light luminaire which should have system efficacy not less than 110lm/W, should have Narrow beam & sw beam with individual optic lens, IP66 protection, IK08 should have system surge protection upto 20 KV,single piece integral high pressure dicast aluminium housing, complete with electronic power driver, all its accessories,colour temperature should not more than 5700K , suitable to works on 230V+ 10% ,50 Hz AC power suppl etc complete as required following flood light fixtures on the lantern carrier of high mast etc. as required.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of LED Type low intensity aviation obstruction light suitable for 220 V , 50 HZ AC supply and as per ICAO standard etc. complete as required. As per list of approved make or equivalent.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5M long 40mm dia GI pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25x3mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required).

Design,Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of outdoor type distribution feeder pillar box with 63 A TPN MCB as incommer,totally enclosed,free standing, vermin dust proof,Water proof,front operated, double door made of 2 mm thick ,rubber gasket,powder coating painting with provision for incoming cable connection 35 Sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 Sqmm terminals for the power tool motor etc. complete as required provisions for earthing, support for switchgears & busbars with suitable angle iron frame base, floor mounting, Al. bus bar,suitable for operation on 3 Phase and 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system including control wiring, necessary connections etc and supply & mountings of following items. The provision shall be made for High Masts to be operated from ATC Tower by Remote operation with remote control cable as and when requirement. The panel shall have the following accessories etc as required. Dismentalling of existing 16 mtr High mast ( Make- Bajaj) in good condition from the operational area i/c carraging & brought out at designated location near new ATC tower within the AAI permises as decided by AAI & as per direction of EIC..

Supply of following sizes XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed,1.1 KV grade, Cu /Al conductor, armoured power cable confirming to IS: 7098, Part-1/1988 with upto date amendments.

(a) 3.5 x 120 Sq.mm. Aluminium conductor

(b) 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm. Aluminium conductor

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable/RC Cable of 1.1 KV grade upto size above 95 Sq.mm & upto 185 sqmm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable/RC Cable of 1.1 KV grade upto size 35 Sq.mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable/RC Cable 1.1KV grade of upto size 35 Sq.mm. in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/Metal /HDPE pipe as reqd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium/copper lugs for following size of PVC insuated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade as reqd.

Excavation of hard rock for existing concrete platform/cable trench up to width of 1.5 mtr & lift upto 1.5 mtr including getting out and disposal of excavated soil as directed by EIC.
