In terms of specific experience, the Project Manager should have 5 years of experience as a manager, and the Site Engineer (Civil) should have either 3 years of experience with a B.E. in Civil or 5 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. The Site Engineer (Elect) should have 3 years of experience with a B.E. in Elect. The annual financial turnover amount is Rs. 88,00,000.00, which is the average of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder's annual turnover must not be less than Rs. 88,00,000.00. Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities should be 10% of the Bid Value. The bidder should have completed a certain volume of civil engineering construction work in the last five years. An updating factor is provided for updating the work value of single building projects executed during the last five years, with multiplying factors ranging from 1.10 to 1.61 for different years.
