Supply of Geo-textile bags of Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m), inner dimension made of composite layers of geo-textile as per specifications below : Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geo textile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Supply of non-woven Geo-textile fabric sheets of 300 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength ≥ 12 KN/m (ii) Mass ≥ 300.00 Gm/m ² (iii) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 3.5 KN (iv) Elongation at break ≥ 60% (v) Abrasion ≥ 70 % (vi) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (vii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (ix) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (x) Trapezoidal Tear Strength ≤ 340 N (xi) Permeability = 2.00 x 10 ̄ ³ m/sec (xii) Seam strength = 80 % of geotextiles strength . Galvanized Wire Netting Sheet made of 8 SWG wire 152 mm square mesh in sheet 2.57 m × 1.66 m with longitudinal wire at 152 mm centre and 76 mm projection of each wire on all sides beyond the net size of 2.42 m × 1.5 m having knots of 12 SWG at every joints, weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.3 Kg/sheet.

Collection and supply of River silt by truck carriagefree from debries and other foreign material, etc. complete as directed. By mechanical Means For beyond initial 1 Km & up to 10.00 Km & for all lifts.

Supply of Sewing Thread/Yarn PPMF Stitching Thread (2000 Den. Kaplon) i/c payment of taxes.

Filling and laying in cage with sand/silt filled Geo bags of size 1.03 m × 0.70 m excluding excavation of specified sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150 m and laying properly. in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.66 m of 8 G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires complete as directed.(Geo Bag, Wire Netting Sheets and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) Without Boat

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo - textile bag of dimension 2.00 m × 1.50 m excluding excavation of specified sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100 m complete as directed. (Sand/silt, Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) (With Mar Boat)

Earth work in excavation in foundation of filter drain in all kinds of soil to the designed section and levels along the river bank slope including deposition the spirits in safe distance and with all leads & lifts complate as directed.

Collection and supply of brick bats 10 - 40 mm size to work site including loading, unloading transportation and stacking in measurable stacks including sale tax, compensation if any, etc. complete as directed

Labour charge for laying Geo fabric sheet as filter bellow pitching including carrying, lapping, wrapping & stitching as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charge for filling the inverted filter drain both horizontal/vertical drain/filter medium with river shingles of size 10-40mm in layers, / brick bats of size 20-50mm to the designed sections and levels including local carriage of materials from a distance of 150m complete as directed.

(Silt, Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) (Without Boat)

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m with M - 30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343:2012 using super-plasticizer @1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken coarse aggregates up to 20 mm size down conforming to IS 10262:2009 & IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4 nos. of 4 mm dia. high tensile steel wire cable/strand with necessary cover and 4 mm high tensile stirrups at 250 mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia. at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia. at 65 mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (Twenty one) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 50 Km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.

Labour charge for launching of PSC Porcupine including carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the Porcupine with 6 (Six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia. 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) Launching without boat.

Labour charge for launching of PSC Porcupine including carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the Porcupine with 6 (Six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia. 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) Launching by boat:

Construction of temporrary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart driven at atleast 0.75 m below ground and height above plint 2.5m. Split Jatti bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2 coats, 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame placing at 0.15 m clear apart fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire etc compple as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00nos / Rm)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for column, pillar, etc.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards of size 1.22 m × 0.76 m made up of 4 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (Bi - lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to Class - 2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm C/C to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25 × 25 × 3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 nos. of 900 mm thick pipe vertical post (AISI 202 Grade) of length 3750 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm etc. complete. and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of Zinc chromate yellow primer (Vertical post to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads
