Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00 m × 1.50 m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653:2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654:2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Properties. I. Supply of Galvanized Wire Netting Sheet made of 8 SWG wire 152mm square mesh in sheet 2.57m × 1.66m with longitudinal wire at 152 mm centre and 76mm projection of each wire on all sides beyond the net size of 2.42m × 1.5m having knots of 12 SWG at every joints, weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.3 Kg/sheet.

Labour charge for laying, fitting and fixing of double layered Geo textile, fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses after filling sand at design slope, filled up with sand by pump, anchoring by cutting/ at already excavated trench at the upper and lower end of slope of depth 1.00 m × 0.75 m placing the mat by bending it into the trench, filling the trench by earth filled cement bags/ sand / silt filled type - A geo-bags, sides of mattresses in sloping direction stitched by Polypropylene thread with double locking chain stitch not less than 3 stitches per 2.50 cm to achieve minimum stream strength including all handling and carriage charge complete as directed. (Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost)

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03m × 0.70m including excavation of sand/silt of size more than 80 micron from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) (a) Without Boat.

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00m × 1.50m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt, having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100 m complete as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) a) Without Boat.

Filling and laying in cage with sand/silt filled Geo bags of size 1.03m × 0.70m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly. in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.66m of 8G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires complete as directed. Construction of whole Bholuka Bamboo double Screen with matured Bholuka Bamboo stacks 75 mm to 100 mm dia., placed at 30 cm clear apart (i.e. 40 cm C/C) driven 4.00 m to 4.50 m below ground and 3.0 m to 3.50 m above ground with hydraulic driving equipment including hire charge of equipment, cost of P.O.L. etc. and providing with 1 (One) row of horizontal half Jati bamboo kamies tied with galvanised wire of 16 G to 18 G etc. complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 240.00 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 9.60 nos./Rm)

Construction of leets fencing with 75 mm to 100 mm dia. matured Jati bamboo stacks placed 150 mm clear a part and 1.2 m to 1.8 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.2 m below ground level, etc. complete as directed. (Using Jati Bamboo at the rate of 8.67 nos./Rm)

Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart, driven at least 0.75 m below ground and height above plinth of 2.5 m. Split Jatti bamboo/tarza wall 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame, placing at 0.15 m clear apart, fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai, strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire, roofing with TATA Shaktee roofing sheets etc., complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00 nos./Rm)

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m with M-30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343:2012 using super-plasticizer @1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken coarse aggregates up to 20mm size down conforming to IS 10262:2009 & IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4 nos. of 4 mm dia. high tensile steel wire cable/strand with necessary cover and 4 mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia. at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia. at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (Twenty one) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 50 Km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.

Carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from Stack yard to Work Site including loading, unloading & stacking. (Distance from stackyard, Gohpur to worksite, Solengi = 10.00 Km)

Labour charge for launching of PSC Porcupine including carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the Porcupine with 6 (Six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia. 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) a) Launching without boat

Earth work in embankment by Tractor-trailer carriage by mechanical means in locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and stacking in regular measurable stacks at suitable places including clearing debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, etc. complete as directed. (a) For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts. (12.50 % deduction will be made from measured quantities on account of shrinkage)

Spreading of earth stacks over the crest and slope of embankment and places as directed in uniform layer of 22 cm. thick including breaking clods, dressing, ramming etc. complete where necessary including dressing of the embankment, etc. complete as directed.
