Supply of Geo-textile bags of Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m), inner dimension made of composite layers of geo-textile as per specifications below : Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geo textile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Supply of G-Mat in double layered composite Geo-textile fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses , the upper layer of the mattress being heavily woven with polypropylene fabric needle-punched with a mixture of U.V. stabilized green fibres and cut tape yarns with Upper Layer Properties as 1) Mass per unit area 650 GSM, 2) Tensile Strength(MD) ≥ 70kN/m, 3) Tensile Strength(CD) ≥ 70kN/m 4) Tensile Elongation(MD) ≤ 25%, 5) Tensile Elongation(CD) ≤ 25%, 6) Pore Size 0.35mm,7) Abrasion Resistance ≥ 35 %, 8) UV @ 500 hours ≥ 90% 9) Resistance to Oxidation @ 100°C for 28 days) ≥ 80% and Lower Layer Properties as 1) Mass per unit area 400 GSM, 2) Tensile Strength(MD) ≥ 110kN/m, 3) Tensile Strength(CD) ≥ 90kN/m 4) Tensile Elongation(MD) ≤ 25%, 5) Tensile Elongation(CD) ≤ 25%, 6) Pore Size 0.35mm,7) Abrasion Resistance ≥ 60 %, 8) UV @ 500 hours ≥ 90% 9) Resistance to Oxidation @ 100°C for 28 days) ≥ 80% . The sewing thread should be of high tenacity polyester and parallel stitches are to be continued positioned at 350 mm apart with a stitch length not exceeding 5 mm. Labour charge for laying , fitting and fixing of double layered Geo textile, fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses after filling sand at design slope, filled up with sand by pump, anchoring by cutting trench at the upper and lower end of slope of depth 1.00m x 0.75 m placing the mat by bending it into the trench, filling the trench by earth filled cement bags, sides of mattresses in sloping direction stitched by Polyester/Polypropylene thread with double locking chain stitch not less than 3 stitches per 2.50 cm to achieve minimum stream strength including all handling and carriage charge complete as directed. (Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supply of non-woven Geo-textile fabric sheets of 300 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength ≥ 12 KN/m (ii) Mass ≥ 300.00 Gm/m ² (iii) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 3.5 KN (iv) Elongation at break ≥ 60% (v) Abrasion ≥ 70 % (vi) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (vii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (ix) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (x) Trapezoidal Tear Strength ≤ 340 N (xi) Permeability = 2.00 x 10 ̄ ³ m/sec (xii) Seam strength = 80 % of geotextiles strength . Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm. Labour charge for laying Geo fabric sheet as filter bellow pitching including anchoring and complete as directed.

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03m X 0.70m including excavation of sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 cum after filling ,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). a) Without Boat -

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00mx1.50m including excavation of sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum volume 0.612 cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100m complete as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). a) Without Boat -

Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with matured bhaluka bamboo posts 7.5cm to 10 cm dia.,15 cm clear apart 1.50m to 1.80m above ground and 1.00m to 1.20m below ground with bhaluka bamboo inclined struts placed at 1.5m a part tied with three rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies etc. complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 10.14 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 nos / Rm).

Supply of survicable empty cement bags.

Labour charge for laying and pitching earth filled cement bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods, filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed. For borrowing earth from a distance up to 30m.

Construction of whole Bholuka Bamboo Screen with matured Bholuka Bamboo stacks 75mm to 100mm dia, placed at 30 cm clear apart( i.e. 40 cm C/C) driven 4.00 m to 4.50m below ground and 3.0m to 3.50m above ground with hydraulic driving equipments including hire charge of equipment, cost of P.O.L. etc. and providing with 1 (one) row of horizontal half Jati bamboo kamies tied with galvanized wire of 16 G to 18 G etc complete as directed.(Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 240.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 9.60 nos / Rm).

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m X 0.10mX 3.00m with M-40 grade of cement concrete with graded broken course aggregates up to 12mm size down and reinforced with 4 Nos. of 4 mm dia high tensile steel wire cable at four corners with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 Nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 14 (fourteen) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 100 Km complete as directed.

Carriage of Porcupine members by 40 HP Tractor -trailor including local carriage of porcupine members from stack yard to loading site up to a lead of 150m, loading , un loading at river bank near work site etc. complete as directed. (For lead beyond 150m and up to 2.00 Km and for all lift).

Labour charge for launching of R.C.C. / PSC Porcupine including carriage of R.C.C./ PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) a) Launching without boat.

Supply of Sewing Thread/Yarn PPMF Stitching Thread (2000 Den. Kaplon) i/c payment of taxes.

Supply of Ordinary Labour inclusive of all taxes.
