There is no specific information on the required prior work experience for the bidder in terms of years. However, the bidder should have at least 1(one) single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value, in case of package value up to Rs.5.00 crore. For package value more than Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1(one) single civil work order of value not less than 60% of the package value or 2 (two) works equaling 70% of package value. The bidder's Annual Turnover for civil works for the preceding five financial years should be provided, and the maximum turnover of any one of the last five years will be considered. The bidder's annual turnover for civil works should not be less than the package value. There is no specific information on the percentage of similar works completed. However, the bidder needs to submit a self-certified up-to-date progress report of all works awarded to them for the past 5 years, which should include details of similar works completed. The bidder should also submit an abstract of annual turnover for civil works only, for the preceding five financial years, from a registered Chartered Accountant. A table containing the annual turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years is required. A minimum annual turnover of Rupees five crore is required if the bidder wants to deploy certain machineries. The bidder's bidding capacity is determined by the formula: Bidding Capacity = 2A - (B+C), where A is the maximum turnover in any one year during the last three years, B is the value of existing commitments/liabilities of all ongoing works awarded to the bidder remaining to be completed, and C is the value of existing tender. Bidders who quoted less than 10% below the package value/estimate rate will be retained and qualify for allotment. The minimum allowable lowest quoted value (ALQV) would be calculated by subtracting 10% of the package value.
