Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing scaffolding work with rows of Bhaluka bamboo and Jati bamboo horizontal one row jati bamboo cross and placing second class planks of 0.025 m thick in between the rows tying with coir strings lacing two nos. vertical jati bamboo at both end including dismantling the scaffolding etc. complete as directed.

Collection of sand gravel from approved quarry containing 60% sand and 40% gravel free from disintegrated and flaky pieces of vegetation and other deleterious matters, adherent coating etc. including stacking in suitable stacks at quarry site etc. complete as directed.

Collection and supply of River silt by truck carriage free from debries and other foreign material, etc. complete as directed. By mechanical means For initial up to 1.00 Km & for all lifts.

Collection of stacking river pea - gravel of size 6 mm to 20 mm in average free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at quarry site, monopoly, etc. Complete as directed.

Labour charge for making filter bed of required thickness with stone metal of size 13 mm to 38 mm over the trimmed surface of river bank/embankment,slope, including site carriage of metal within a distance of 150 m etc. complete as directed. Without boat

Collection of blasted boulder of size 23 cm. to 30 cm in average and minimum weight 30 Kg having i. Specific gravity not less than 2.65,ii. Aggregate Chrushing 30% (Wearing) & 45% (Non - wearing)iii. Impact Value (%) max 30% (Wearing) & 45% (Non - wearing) and iv. Abrasion Value (%) 30% (Wearing) & 50% (Non - wearing) (Materials conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963) and free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including local carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks of approximate 1 (One) m. height at site, etc. complete as directed. (10% under sized (minimum 10 cm) boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works). (15% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void)

Labour charge for laying and pitching boulder of 23 cm to 30 cm size (man size) including dressing the seat, ramming to proper size & slope, properly hand packed including site carriage of boulder from stacks within a distance of 150 m etc. complete as directed. Without boat

Earth work in filling by mechanical means by deploying hydraulic excavator and trippers etc. including ramming with locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil with all lead and lift, transporting to site, spreading, dressing as per design section including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debris, breaking clods up to 2.5 cm cube, etc. complete as directed. (12.5 % deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted earth work on account of shrinkage) For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts.

Supplying and mixing rapidite in concrete works below ground water level where necessary etc. complete as directed.

Earth work in embankment by Mechanical means by truck carriage with locally available ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, dressing as per design section and compaction in layers not exceeding 30 cm in thickness and core cutter soil test at every layer and every 500 m distance, etc. complete as directed. (Compaction with three wheel static roller of 80-100 KN capacity, For beyond initial 1 Km & up to 10.00 Km & for all lifts.) Total Lead = 2 km

Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12 cm. minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pegging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90m and all lifts.

Construction and supply of Wire -netting box of size 1.50 m × 1.50 m × 0.45 m made with mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh with wire made of low carbon, high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10 × 12 as per EN 10223 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.70 mm (I.D) /3.70 mm (OD) tensile strength of 450-500/mm2, edge wire selvedge around it at least 2.5 times, lacing wire (Zinc PVC coated) of 2.20 mm (I.D)/3.20 mm (OD), VC coating thickness of 0.50 mm nominal, 0.38 mm minimum, Mesh opening size 150 mm × 150 mm and with average weight per unit being 12 Kg with additional 3% of the weight of box for lacing wire supplied separately, supporting the facing of the box with zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed, complying with ASTM and European norms

Supply of Geo-textile bags of type-A (1.03 × 0.70 m) inner to inner made of Geo-textile non-woven fabric sheets of 400 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre with minimum properties as per IS 16653:2017 i. Wide Tensile strength (MD) ≥ 20KN/m & Wide Tensile strength(CD) ≥20 KN/m ii. Elongation (MD) ≥50% & Elongation (CD) ≥ 50% iii. Abrasion ≥ 95% iv. Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00 m × 1.50 m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653:2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654:2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Properties i. Filling and laying in PVC coated WN Box of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.45m with sand/silt filled Geo bags of size 1.03 m × 0.70 m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150 m and laying properly in PVC coated WN Box complete as directed. (Geo Bag, PVC coated wire netting box and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) Without Boat

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo - textile bag of dimension 2.00 m × 1.50 m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt, having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100 m complete as directed. Supply, Fabrication, Erection /Installation including Painting and fitting -fixing of fabricated MS Ladder of 0.75 M width and required length on the side or Regulator gate made of M.S. Channel ISMC : 100 (100mm x 50mm x 4.7mm ) M.S. plate (checkered) 6 mm thick and 25 mm dia . G.l. pipe. The ladder consist of inclined bar of M.S. Channel, horizontal member for numbers of steps as reguired, Railing post of M.S. Angle of size lSA 6565 and G.1. pipe railing of size 25 mm(ID) in complete as directed.
