False Ceiling

Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) M/F Suspended Ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c, 9.5mm/ 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to IS:2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long drywall screws at 230mm c/c. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally, the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed. (For light fittings, providing opening for doors, window, ventilators etc, cut out made with frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid separately where necessary). Wall Putty and Paint

Providing two coats of J.K Wall Putty or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt. ( White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt. ) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a) Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.)

Providing and fixing flocked carpet flooring having a straight Nylon 6, 6 pile, fixed using flock adhesive to a backing of non woven fiberglass net on PVC blacking having a thickness of 4 .3 mm, suitable for commercial use, roll width 2.0m, roll length 30m, weight 1.8 kg/ m2, Abrasion resistance to 1000 cycles as per EN 1307 annex F, having very low slip resistance , Acoustical performance as per EN-ISO 717- 2 , confirming to EN14041, suitable for wet cleaning using wet vaccum cleaner duly pasted to the ready floor base as per on manufactures' specifications. Window Blinds

Providing and fixing of manual Roller Blinds comprising of Sunscreen fabric (Basket Weave) with Openness factor 5% having composition of 22% Polyester and 78% PVC of weight 475gsm±5% & thickness 0.68mm±5% and having fire resistance standard – DIN(4102) & BS Test,B2 & BF 5867 part2(Type B) Tensile strength (Warp 170N±10%, Weft 125N±10% as per ISO 544674). Color fastness 6-7/8 (ISO 105 B02-1994) Xenon Arc Lamp. The control clutch drive unit engineered heavy duty chain drive pulley operating system consisting of gear clutch housing and locking plug containing minimum 6 ribs and inserted at minimum of 37mm into roller tube. It is self lubricating Exclusive clutch with safety pins for secure bracket installation and unlocking pin for quick manual removal. Universal clutch is most convenient for large windows down to the smallest windows. It shall be driven by a ball chain pulley with ball chain and can be positioned at Right hand or Left hand side of the shade. Clutch gear ration 1.75:1 for reduced operating force on larger blinds.
