Item :Uprooting bamboo clumps where bamboo already removed including removing stumps to a distance as directed.

Item : Earth work in embankment by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted on account of shrinkage)For initial lead beyond 6 Km and up to 8.00 Km and for all lifts.

Compacting original ground supporting embankment loosening, leveling & compacting to original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in tables 300.1 & 300.2 for embankment construction as per technical specification clause 301.4.1

Labour for ramming with cast iron rammer to proper compaction including watering if necessary etc. complete as directed. For ordinary soil.

Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12 cm minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pagging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90m and all lifts.

Collection of sand gravel from approved quarry containing 60% sand and 40% gravel free from disintegrated and flaky pieces of vegetation and other deleterious matters , adherent coating etc. including stacking in suitable stacks at quarry site and payment of forest royalty etc. complete as directed.

Labour charge for laying of soiling stone, brick bats, broken stone matels, sand gravel etc. on approach road including ramming, dressing the seat & local carriage of materials upto a distance of 60m complete as directed.

Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with matured Barua bamboo stacks of 7.5cm to 100mm dia.,15 cm clear apart driven 1.80m to 2.50m above ground and 1.20m to 1.50m below ground with Barua bamboo inclined struts fixed at 1.50 m apart tied h with three rows of horizontal half Bethua bamboo kamies with G.I. wire of 16G to 18G etc. complete as directed (using Baruah Bamboo @14.47nos/RM & Bethua Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 nos / Rm)

Labour for preparation of site by cleaning light jungles / debris, night soil, deformed log & bamboo etc. broken glass panes and alike broken dish, plates and alike other waste materials & jungles etc. to the places as directed. Complete as directed.

Collection of brick bats 10-40mm size to work site including loading, unloading transportation and stacking in measurable stacks including sale tax, compensation if any, etc. complete as directed

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope including removing the soils at a safe distance, complete as directed.

Supplying of Galv. wire netting sheets made of 8Gwire of 152mm (6inch) Sq. mesh in sheets of overall size 2.57m x 1.66m including 76 mm projection of each wire on all side beyond the net size of 2.42m x1.50m having knots of 12Gwire at every joints including loading, unloading, stacking properly complete as directed by the department. ( weight of each sheetshould not be less than 6.30kg)

Filling and laying in cage with silt filled Geo bags of size 1.03m x 0.70m including excavation of silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site filling geo bags with silt wetghing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084m3 after filling double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with poly propylene or polyester thread by power driven double needle machine. Stacking the same in batches of 100 carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying proper in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 x 1.66 m of 8G Galvanized Wire making the cage from 2 Nos. of wire netting by tying the projected wires complete as directed. Item : Providing cast in situ plain cement concrete slab of size 0.50m X 0.50mX 0.15m, made in proportion 1:2:4 on trimmed graded slope of river bank including ramming the seat, curing etc. complete as directed.

Earth work in excavation in foundation of filter drain in all kinds of soil to the designed section and levels along the river bank slope including deposition the spirits in safe distance and with all leads & lifts complate as directed.

Labour for filter inverted drain / horizontal drain / filter media with pea gravel 6-10 MM / river Shingle 10-38 MM / river boulder and different size / sand / brick bats to the designed section and level including local carriage of materials from a distance of 150 M complete as directed.

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel/sand etc.from the approachable site beyond 150m and up to 3.00Km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Construction of temporrary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart driven at atleast 0.75 m below ground and height above plint 2.5m. Split Jatti bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2 coats, 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame pplacing at 0.15 m clear apart fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire etc compple as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00nos / Rm)
