The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed or ongoing similar works. Specifically, the bidder should have:
- Two similar works in Assam during the last 3 years, or - Three similar works in India during the last 3 years. The value of executed works is to be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In terms of evaluation criteria, experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last Seven years will be given a maximum of 30 Marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more.
