Supply, Fitting and Fixing as per latest BIS Code along with all tools and tackles of MSEP, Manual screen, Liquid depth 400mm with 20 mm clear spacing . Frame 50 mm x 10 mm for screen guides and tooth rack for cleaning the trash . Lifting Arrangement ( galvanised chain & hook attached to screen for facility of lifting Upstream of the screen to be provided) , Size of the chamber- 4.0m (L) X 1.0m(W)x 0.4m LD) make - W2Por approved equivalent

Submersible Pupms

Supply, Fitting and Fixing as per latest BIS Code along with all tools and tackles of non clog submersible type pumps, having CI casing & CI impeller complete with all accessories and motor of required capacity. Delivery header with isolation valve and single plate NRV and by-pass arrangement, liftng arrangement (1 MT. Capacity,Manual operated chain pully block with trolly) pressure gauge, motor protection-IP68 with level controller and transmitter, dry run protection with wiring to control panel,etc. Drain arrangement with same dia valve shall be provided to delivery header.

Operation and maintenance (O&M ) for 5 years

Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Sewerage Treatment plants ( proposed)pumps and motors, pumping stations including mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories. It also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, laboratory, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work, specification , performance indicator and other relevant works for 5(Five) years. Sewage Treatment Plant must comply each and every point of CPCB SOP https://cpcb.nic.in/NGTMC/sop_ocems_stp.pdf and to comply all SOP points during commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of OCEMS system and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
