The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works, specifically in water supply and sewerage projects, pipe laying works, and installation of large capacity pumps. The bidder must provide details of similar works completed in the last five financial years, along with a statement providing this information. The bidder must have experience in execution of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP) with Design, Supply, Procurement and Construction within the last 07 financial years. The bidder shall furnish satisfactorily completion certificate duly issued by the concerned consignee(s) pertaining to Successful completion and commissioning of similar nature of work. The bidder should have prior work experience in Design, Supply, Procurement, and Construction of similar nature of work, such as Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP), within the last 07 financial years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with a capacity of at least 1.0 MLD or more, and the work should have been in successful operation for at least one year. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor, similar works of value not less than 60% of the amount put to Bid at current price level, in any single project within the last 07 financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of satisfactorily completion of civil construction work of minimum 50% of capex cost or more in any single project, completed within 04 years from the issuance of Work Order, and within the last 05 financial years. The bidder must provide details of the value of civil engineering works executed in each year during the last five financial years, with a certificate from the concerned ULB showing work-wise/year-wise value of work done. The bidder must also provide the value of work executed in Rs. Lakhs for each of the last five financial years. The bidder needs to provide details of the value of work executed in each year during the last five financial years, and the value of similar works completed. The bidder also needs to provide the tendered amount, actual cost of work completed, and the percentage of share of the agency as per Joint Venture agreement (if applicable). The actual cost of work completed, including price escalation, and the tendered amount in Rs. in Lac are required to be mentioned. The percentage of share of the agency as per Joint Venture agreement (if applicable) is also required to be mentioned. The bidder should have a minimum cumulative construction turnover of 50% of the bid value or more within the last 05 financial years. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10.00% per year to bring them to current price level.
