D) INSTRUMENTATION WORKS FOR NEW PROPOSED WTP :- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PLC panel for flash mixer, clarifloculator, alum stirrer, lime stirrer: Supply, Installation and commissioning of PLC panel as per detail specification , scope of work, approved drawing and instruction of EIC.PLC Panel, Data Communication, Mod bus , Smart meter, 20DI/12DO. Make: PLC: Schneider, GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley or approved make. As per detail specification sheet. Location: Water Treatment Plant. Supply, Installation and commissioing of Electric Valve Actuator for non rising spindle type sluice valve of PN 1 rating, totally enclosed, weather-proof and dust proof construction with IP-67, protection class suitable for installation in any position without lubrication, leakage or other operational difficulty with special grease filled gear box and hand wheel for emergency manual operation which will automatically dis-engage on restoration of power to motor and with 10 watt single phase space heater and continuous local mechanical position indicator and individually replaceable counter gear assembly and with two torque and four limit switches with S.S. flap and operated with gear driven cams and of rating 250 Volt, 5 Amp, AC/DC, torque switch dial and with TEFC squirrel cage induction including Filter inlet valve gate, filtter outlet valve, wash water inlet valve, wash water outlet valve, Air Scour Valve, Flash Mixer Drain Valve 150 mm dia, Clariflocculator Drin Valve 150 mm dia. Elevated Service Reservoir :-Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3(Three) Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular/Rectangular shape, RCC framed staging of capacities 10.34 LL MBR 10.5 m staging at WTP Campus, 11.60 LL @ 22 m staging for Zone-2 and 18.60 LL @ 22 m staging for Zone-4 at locations under the command areas to be served. RCC Reservoir having adequate foundation including excavation along with the lift and lead, Providing and Laying Cement concrete adn ready mix design mix concrete for the works up to the plinth level and M-30 Grade concrete for all the works above the plinth level. Steel for reinforcement works. Filling the ecxavated earthwork in trenches, plinths and sides of foundation and disposing off the excavated surplus earthwork Centring and shuttering including strutting and propping for foundations, footings base of columns, column, pillers, piers, abutments, lintels, plinth beam, girders, cantilevers, suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc. Cement plaster for internal plastering, Finishing of walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives. Schedule IX : House Service Connections and Meter Installation

A) House Service Connection: Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC)/ PPR pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC/PPR plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and supply of water meter, meter box and other components. Labour work for fixing of water meter (Water meter supplyed by SMC free of cost). Providing, Supplying and Fixing of Strap Saddle. Providing and fixing brass ferrule with C.I. mouth cover including boring and tapping the main. Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete, road restoration as per exisiting condition, commiissoning in complete as directed.

Essential consumables such as alum, chlorine, and lime are vital for water treatment processes, ensuring the distribution of safe and clean water. Establishment costs include various operational needs, such as staff salaries, employment of operators and valve men, and other administrative and logistical expenses required for the seamless operation of the water supply infrastructure. Regular inspections, servicing of mechanical components, and replacing worn-out parts are necessary to prevent system failures and ensure continuous operation. This involves routine maintenance activities like cleaning and repairing pipelines, pumps, and valves, as well as addressing unforeseen damages. Effective repairs and maintenance are crucial to minimize downtime, reduce the risk of major breakdowns, and extend the lifespan of the water supply infrastructure and any other works. Upon completion of the five-year period, the scheme will be handed over to the Local Body/Municipal Board and any other works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL CHARGES)
