Supply, Lowering & installation in tube well 200 mn ERW Strainer/ Filter pipe for casing assembly of wall thickness of 7.1 mm to 8 mm conforml'ng to iS: 1239 (Pt- I) 2004 for dia. up to 150 mm and IS: 4270 -2001 for dia. above 150 mnm of repute brand like TATA/ Jindal/ NLT, ete including supply of socket, reducer, etc. as (Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer- in-Charge off the work prior Fo installation) required and as directed

Shrouding of the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8mm, free from sand/ dust and any other foreign materials after screening/ stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour, etc. in complete as directed IWOrk to be Carried out as per 1S: 4097: 2008)

Developing the tube well assembly by Air Compressor of capacity 8 - 12 kg/cm' and CFM = 450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed incłuding furnishing litholog/ draw down data, etc. as per IS:11185 of 1999. (For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is conpulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra as per [4. 1) The following data should be reflected in the report of development: 1. Static water level 2. drawdown at various discharge 3. Available average discharge

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning including transportation at site of eletric motor driven submersible pump set (15 HP/2900 RPM) and assembly of KSB/KK/CALAMA/LUB1 make as approved by deptt. suitable for discharge capacity of 00425 cumec at 20.00 m head conforming to IS B034-2002 including supply of materials as required for the work like column ppe of required diameter upto 20.00 Mtr length (as per IS: 1239 Part lll ) The column pipes of 20 Mtr (approx) lengh should consist 6 nos of 3.0 Mtr length & 1 no. of 2.0 Mtr length. Each column pipe should have both end threaded & one end socketed. Flat motor cable up to 50.00 Mr. 2(twol pairs of Assembly support MS clamp of size 150 mm, 10 nos 'flat cable clamp, 1(one) no GI delivery bend of size 150 mm x 900, MS well cap ofsize 316 mm x 100 mm with proviston to allow column pipe at centre. Starter stand made of MS angle ISA 50x50, etc. in complete as directed Apart from socketing, the column pipes shovld be joined by making MS angle joint for 150 mm dią column pipes with 3(three) pairs of ctamp made of MS angle of size ISA 50x50 to be wełded on column pipe including supply of 3(three) nos of nuts& bolts (HT) of size 16 mm diax 250 mml ar s/te as directed Thg efficiency of the pump should not be below 75% of the rated duty point
