B = Updated value (at current Price level), of all existing Commitments i.e., ongoing works, works likely to be awarded to be executed during the Period of completion of the work for which Bids are invited. The bidder must have experience in execution of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP) with Design, Supply, Procurement and Construction within the last 07 (Seven) financial years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor, similar works of value not less than 60% of the amount put to Bid at current price level, in any single project within the last 07 (Seven) financial years. The bidder must also have a minimum cumulative construction turnover of 50% of the bid value or more within the last 05 (Five) financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have evidence of having adequate experience of satisfactorily completion of civil construction work of minimum 50% of capex cost or more in any single project, completed within 04 (four) years from the issuance of Work Order, within the last 05 (Five) Financial years in the North-East part of India. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide details of the value of such works. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10.00% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should provide information about their particular experience, supported by client certificates. For the Technology Provider, they should have experience of satisfactorily completing an STP project of at least 1.0 MLD capacity, with proven technology, within the last 7 years, and with at least one year of successful operation and maintenance. The bidder should have executed civil engineering works, but specific values are to be provided by the bidder in Statement – I, which includes the value of work executed in each year during the last five financial years.
