Acoustic Treatment of Ceiling with Square Edge Acoustic Panels Supply and Installation of Subtex Nubby square edge Glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tiles of size 595x595x15mm having density 100-120Kgs/m3, weight 1.5-1.8kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15mm wide pre coated metal T15 grid system. The T15 Grid system of 600x600mm module shall include wall angle (WA15W30) with unequal flanges of size 14&20mm wide, length 3000mm, 0.43mm thick fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Supply and installation of 12mm thick Tufbloc magnesia drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes one layer of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 fixed on the one side of GI strut channel frameworkone sound decaying membrane has to be pasted on top of the pnael . Jointing: 4mm gap to be filled in fully to the depth of board by using Seam kit as per given recommendations. Finishing: Installed partition system is then sanded, smoothed, primered and roller paint finished by using water based emulsion of approved colour.
