Supply, testing and commissioning of Pre-Filter Oxidation Chamber

The filtration system is designed to remove larger suspended impurities and oxidize dissolved ferrous to ferric, which is then filtered out. The system uses a vertical FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) composite vessel that is 100% rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, ensuring durability. It features a unique top and bottom distribution system, along with high-quality filter media including treated sand, Mno2 lumps, Katalox Light, Coarse Barakar River sand, quartz sand, gravels, and pebbles. The vessel, with a diameter and height of 2000 mm both.Vessel is mounted on a tripod base and has both top and bottom flanged openings. Filtration takes place from top to bottom, while backwashing occurs in the reverse direction, all controlled by a multiport valve. Supply, testing and commissioning of Iron Removal Filter

The project involves supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning an iron and suspended solids removal filtration system. The system will use multiple filter media, including anthracite, treated sand,16/32 Barakar sand, Grit, and gravels, to effectively remove iron and suspended solids. The filter will be a vertical cylindrical vessel made of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. The vessel, with a diameter and height of 2000 mm both, is mounted on a tripod base and feature top and bottom flanged openings. It will have a unique top and bottom dual hub lateral distribution system. The filter media will include treated sand, Barakar sand, quartz sand, and gravels and pebbles. The system will include a 50 mm CPVC pipe and a multiport valve for service, backwashing, and rinsing, as well as an aeration valve for air purging. It will operate at a maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm². The installation will include all related plumbing and connections from the underground reservoir to the filter with pressure gauges. Supply and fixing of Canopy

Supply and fixing of canopy made up of PVC Plastisol coated corrurted with the help of Mild Steel (MS) purlins, rafters and fixed on 04 Nos suitable Length MS Tube/MS Square Pipe truss which in turn are grouted in PCC Post including cutting, welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, painting with approved steel primer and two coats enamel paint on all MS Structures and fitting the same with necessary fasteners, nuts, bolts etc of required size and necessary accessories etc complete as required so that the canopy structure protects the proposed Iron Remover Water Plant from rain/sun etc.

Supply & Laying of Pipeline

The work involves the supply and installation of a 2" UPVC pipeline of approved make, along with the necessary UPVC plumbing fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, unions, sleeve pieces, checknuts, gaskets, nuts, bolts, and other accessories. The process includes cutting the pipe and fixing the UPVC plumbing fittings using appropriate UPVC adhesives to establish the required connections. The pipeline will be laid out from the existing underground Sump to the connection from the Pre Filter to the Iron Remover Filter, and finally from the Iron Remover Filter to the treated water tank. It is important to note that all UPVC fittings necessary for the pipeline connections must be provided by the contractor.
