The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The experience criteria can be met in one of the following ways: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 3 numbers of similar work contracts with a value of ₹ 96,99,178, 2 numbers of contract value of ₹ 1,21,23,972, or 1 number of contract value of ₹ 1,93,98,355 per year with a completion certificate. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹ 72 Lakh for 3 years. The bidder needs to upload documents such as Experience Criteria, Bidder Turnover, and Certificate to prove their eligibility. They must have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, and copies of relevant contracts/orders are to be uploaded along with the bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year.
