The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The experience should be in works of a similar nature over the last seven years. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the following options: i. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,98,06,322.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project ii. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 2,47,57,903.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project iii. One similar work costing not less than Rs. 3,96,12,644.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least Rs. 1,98,06,322.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) or have a net worth of at least Rs. 49,51,581.00 (10% of the estimated cost put to tender). The bidder should also have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 4,95,15,805.00 in the last seven years. The bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The bidder should be able to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation.
