Providing and fixing to existing door frames.....30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness . Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-incharge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wall panels made up of 0.5mm thick(TMT)PPGI ribbed sheet on both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density 40kg ± 2kg/cum as insulation in between. The thickness of PU foam layer shall be 49mm for having 50 mm thick PUF panel. Outside colour of wall panel may be Grey, Olive, Green, or as per buyer requirement. The panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be interlocked using cam lock systems. Gable ends will also be covered with same panels as in the main walls. The wall panells exposed edges at bottom and top side shall be covered using bottom and top u track of size 53mm x 35 mm x 0.5 mm made out of PPGI Sheet and shall be secured to the wall panels using pop rivets. The U track at bottom shall be fixed on to the concrete plinth using expandable fasteners of 8 mm diameter and 80 mm in length provided at a spacing of 450 mm c/c. The PUF panels shall be vertically joined together by tongue and groove arrangement all along the length. The wall panels shall be fixed to the steel frame structure on top and bottom using Nut/Bolts tightened through the steel frames cleats for wall strength and sturdiness. Wall panels at gable ends will also be covered with the same single panels without any horizontal joint. The joints all around the wall panels shall be joined and covered by means of PPGI flashing of size 50x50x0.50 mm fixed using Pop rivets at a minimum distance of 200 mm on all exposed faces. All the wall joints shall be sealed with transparent/white colour silicon sealant. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA steel grade and shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per is 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. The PPGI Sheets /PUF Paneels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.
