Providing and laying RCC (reinforced cement concrete) of grade M-25 with 20 mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of super-structures like slab,columns, beams, pedestals, pipe supports, shuttering, supplying etc. at all heights and levels complete as per drawings , specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

CIV-17 BRICK WORK IN SUB STRUCTURE

Providing and fixing in position "Bored cast in situ RCC piles skin friction/end bearing type upto 500 mm diameter and 30 T capacity in M 25 Concrete " excluding the cost of reinforcement and getting the designs of same approved by TNGCL/ MECON including driving in ground at specified locations by using standard tools for construcing a rigid support base for supporting the pipe line, boundary wall, buildings etc including all bye works, complete as per drawings, specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials,pile head breaking,head prepration, shuttering, providing and fixing reinforcement steel testing etc. with all bye works and sundry works and consumables. 2. Reinforcement will be paid seperately in respective SOR item.

CIV-01 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE IN SUB STRUCTURE WORKS

Earth work in filling with good quality borrowed earth (from approved source) in the layers of 150 mm and compacted up to 90% (Proctor Compaction Test) to its Maximum Dry Density (Optimum Moisture Content by means of roller of different kinds depending on the soil characteristics) up to 3 m depth and any plan dimension including all testing, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing / filling up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, cost of sand, right of way, cess, and backfilling using sand in all conditions, etc.

PCC M-10 (1:3:6) [1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size] Note: Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, OPC/PPC cement, shuttering in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.

CIV-14 PCC-M-15

Providing and construction and handing over brick masonry work with brick class designation M-5.0 of IS:1077 in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) below DPC including weep holes, excavation and backfilling with serviceable earth, complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade cement (OPC/PPC), bricks, finishes, weep holes, other minor construction materials, shuttering, staging, masonry work, etc. as per requirement with all bye-works and sundry works complete as per drawings.

CIV-05 Boundary wall (Superstructure)

Supplying and Fabricating and Fixing in position HYSD Steel Reinforcements/ TMT Grade Fe-415/500 conforming to IS1786-1985 at all levels and positions including the Cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending, Cranking, Binding, Welding, Provision of necessary Chairs and Spacers, Preparation of bar bending schedule and getting the same approved by EIC etc., complete as per Drawings and Specifications and including Cost of binding wire, Labour etc., all complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The chairs and spacer bars provided will not be Measured for payment. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as reinforcement steel, binding wire etc. with all bye works and sundry works complete. 2. Chairs, Unauthorised Laps, Spacers, Binding wire, Wastage etc. shall be to contractor's account.

Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as, minimum 43 grade OPC cement/PPC cement including sulphate resistant cement if required, coarse and fine aggregates, admixtures, other minor construction materials, testing of concrete, curing etc. with all bye works complete. 2. The reinforcement shall be paid separately vide respective item.

CIV-03 EARTH WORK IN FILLING

Providing, constructing and finishing of compound wall in RCC frame structure with 300mmx350mm column size at an interval of 3.0 m or as specified and height 2.1m with infill brick masonry 230 thk , 900mm high Y angle frames with Concertina coils and RBT tape as specified as per scope of work and detail construction drawings, including plastering, coping, painting, whitewash,concertina coil, finishes all complete as per technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade OPC/PPC cement, RCC M25,Reinforcement steel , concertina coil finishes, bitumen, Y angle, other minor construction materials, shuttering, staging, coping, expansion gap filling with "Capcell" armoured board and white sealant material, plastering,painting and all other sundry works. 2.Foundation/ sub-structure to be paid separately vide respective item. 3. To be read with in conjunction with Particular Job Specification and tender drawings.

CIV-10 Plaster in CM 1:4

Providing and laying 12 mm-20 mm thick cement plaster on walls, RCC beams, columns and chajja excluding office building etc of mix 1:4 ( I cement, 4 fine sand) including making of typical grooves drip-course including hacking of RCC roof beams and columns surfaces and curing etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings , technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade cement (OPC)/PPC cement, coarse sand and other minor construction materials as per requirement with all bye-works and sundry works complete as per drawings.

Providing and laying stone ballast 40 to 115 mm size in layers upto 200mm thickness ( wherever not covered in respective SOR items) with spreading & blinding material like sand, stone grit and compaction with mechanical means, watering etc. under floors/foundations as per drawings including cost of material complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
