INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING (Item no 2.0 of MR)

Installation, commissioning & Field performance test of integrated CNG Package including all accessories/ equipment(s) i.e. air compressor, CO2 flooding system etc. system at site. (Item no 2.1 of MR)

Per DIEM rate towards Extra visits. Rate to be inclusive of expenses towards boarding, lodging, travel, tools & tackles etc. Note: Bidder to note that "Extra Visit" charges shall be payable only against visits made at site due to reasons directly attributable to the owner such as non-availability of Gas, infrastructure or any other reason which is not-attributable to the bidder. No. of days considered for payment against this item shall be no. of days spent at site, as certified by Engineer-in-charge/ site-in-charge. (Item no 2.2 of MR)

In case integrated CNG package(s) is delivered to stores due to non-readiness of site, loading, Re-transportation from stores to unloading at site within the same city. (Item no 2.3 of MR)

Total amount for supply,installation,testing & commissioning (inclusive of taxes)

SERVICES FOR OPERATIONS & COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE (Item no 3.0 of MR)

Lump sum Annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Integrated CNG package including air compressor for 1st year warrantee period inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. (Item no 3.1 of MR) The quoted rate for this item must be equal to or more than 10% of rate of Item no. 1.1 quoted by the bidder (i.e. rate quoted against sl. no. 2).

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Integrated CNG Package including air compressor for second year i.e., after first year of warranty period inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. (Item no 3.2 of MR) The quoted rate for this item must be equal to or more than 12% of rate of Item no. 1.1 quoted by the bidder (i.e. rate quoted against sl. no. 2).

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Integrated CNG Package including air compressor for third year i.e. after second year of AMC inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. (Item no 3.3 of MR) The quoted rate for this item must be equal to or more than 14% of rate of Item no. 1.1 quoted by the bidder (i.e. rate quoted against sl. no. 2).

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Integrated CNG Package including air compressor for fourth year i.e. after third year of AMC inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. (Item no 3.4 of MR) The quoted rate for this item must be equal to or more than 17% of rate of Item no. 1.1 quoted by the bidder (i.e. rate quoted against sl. no. 2).

Total amount for OPERATIONS & COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE (inclusive of taxes)

NOTE : 1. The location wise quantities may vary considering project requirement. 2. Considering large size of GA's involving multiple districts/cities in each GA, as per requirement, supplies shall be made to designated sites/ stores which may be located anywhere within the GA. Exact location of stores shall be intimated prior to dispatch of material. 3. Quantity taken against item no 2.2 i.e.10 no. will be considered for evaluation and order placement purpose. However, payment will be made as per the actual days spent at site. 4. In case Integrated CNG packages are delivered to store due to non-readiness of site, Loading, Re-transportation of integrated CNG package from stores to unloading at site within same city shall be payable as per the quoted rates against item no. 2.3. Quantity taken against item no 2.3 i.e.10 nos. will be considered for evaluation and order placement purpose. However, payment will be made as per the actual no. of re-transportation cases. 5. Inspection shall be carried out by Owner / Consultant / TPIA. Cost of inspection shall be borne by the vendor. Third Party Inspection agency like Lloyds, ABS, SGS, TUV, DNV, BV, Engineers India Limited, or any other Third Party Inspection agency only with prior approval of CLIENT / CONSULTANTshall be engaged. 6. Rates for Annual operation, repair &comprehensive maintenance etc. shall be based on operations of 2 shifts per day (8 hours each) 7. Dumpsite for Kamrup&Kamrup Metropolitan GA and Cachar, Hailakandi&Karimganj GA are Guwahati and Silchar city respectively. Total Price for complete Scope of work incl. taxes is as given in row below.
