The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size. The value of similar work should be at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB, which is not less than one third of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a similar work with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. The bidder should also have executed quantities of work as specified in the bid document, with a minimum of 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 of the DNIT value. Relaxation in qualification criteria is available for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, with a minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT in any one year, and exemption from single similar nature of work performed as a prime contractor. A certificate of similar nature of work done, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, is required. The bidder should have completed a certain value of work, and the bidder is required to submit a list of existing commitments with the value of remaining work as on the date of submission of the bid. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder's financial annual turnover for the last five years is also required, with specific values for each year. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed is also required, with values for each year. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year, and the value of similar work should be at least 1/3rd of the contract value. The quantities of work are 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. Milestones for the contract work are specified, including the completion of 15% of the entire contract work in 25% of the period allowed for completion of construction, 40% of the entire contract work in 50% of the period allowed for completion of construction, 75% of the entire contract work in 75% of the period allowed for completion of construction, and 100% of the entire contract work within the period allowed for completion of construction.
