The required prior work experience for key personnel includes: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 5 to 7 Years Exp. - Maintenance Engineer: Diploma in Civil + 5 to 7 Years Exp. - Supervisor: BA/BSc + 5 to 7 Years Exp. - Sr. Technical Asstt: BSc. + 3 Years Exp. - Technical Asstt: HSSLC(Sc)/ PU(Sc) + 3 Years Exp. The bidder should have completed a minimum of one similar work as a prime contractor, with a value of completion to be specified, and the value should be at least 1/3 of the contract value. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than one-third of the estimated cost of the work, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the estimated cost of the package for works of value up to Rs 200 lakhs and 75% of the estimated cost of the package for works of value more than Rs 200 lakhs. The bidder should have executed in any one year, a minimum quantity of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the contract value during implementation. Additionally, the bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost of the package. The bidder should provide information on the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the value of contracts completed, including the stipulated period of completion, value of works remaining to be completed, and anticipated date of completion. The bidder should also provide details of the estimated value of works, stipulated period of completion, and date when the decision is expected for ongoing or upcoming projects. The bidder should have evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value certified by the bankers.
