The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB, which is not less than one-third of the contract value. The bidder should have also achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder needs to provide a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, as well as a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. The bidder also needs to provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last 5 years, with specific values required for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. The bidder should have completed a single similar work with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate. The bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value and needs to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. The required prior work experience for key personnel includes: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 90% of the contract value, and the bidder should have a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value for similar works. The amount of similar works completed should be at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB. The bidder should also have an annual financial turnover amount of at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work, except for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam, where the relaxation in qualification criteria is 25% of the DNIT in any one year.
