The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Value of similar work: 1/3rd of the respective value of work in IFB, which is not less than one-third of the contract value. - Annual financial turnover amount: 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work. - Quantities of work executed: 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. - Completion rate: Not less than 90% of the contract value for similar work. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than 1/3rd of the contract value. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. However, for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam, the relaxation in qualification criteria is 25% of the DNIT in any one year. The bidder needs to provide evidence of having completed similar works in the last 5 years, including a certificate of similar nature of work done and a certificate of executed quantities of work done. The bidder should also have access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value and needs to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract.
