Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. The bidder should have completed similar nature of work in the last 5 years, and should submit a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 1/3rd of the contract value for similar work - 67% of the DNIT value for annual financial turnover - 40% of the estimated quantity for minimum quantities of major items of work - 10% per year for updating the cost of completed works to the present price level - 25% of the DNIT for minimum annual financial turnover (for relaxation in qualification criteria for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers) - 90% of the contract value for completion rate of similar work.
