The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Value of similar work: 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB, which is not less than one-third of the contract value. - Annual financial turnover amount: 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work, however, for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam, the relaxation in qualification criteria is 25% of the DNIT in any one year. - Quantities of works: 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities. - Completion rate: Not less than 90% of the contract value for similar work. - Evidence of having completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a certificate of similar nature of work done and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. - Access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value and a minimum cash investment up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. - The bidder should have completed a single similar work with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last 5 years, with specific values required for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025.
