Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compaction with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification Clause 401. ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compaction to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. A) With Gr. II metal

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 – 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Low Porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi Dence Bituminious Concrete : Providing Laying Semi Dence Bituminious Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @ 4.50% to 5 % by weigth of total mix and filler, transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with praver finisher to the requred grade ,level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT $ H cl. 408, complete in all respect ( Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant).( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by Department.) A) With hydeated lime / Cement as filler (Refer table 500-9 of MoRTH@H specification ) a) With 60/70 or VG Grade Paved Bitumen II) For GR-II ( 10 mm Nominal size)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-Reflectrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand)

Construction of Foundation Stone with Brick masonary work in cement morter in foundation including plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brick work and painting with 2 coats of water based cement paint, and fixing black colour granite plate of size 1067 mm X 762 mm (3'6'' X 2'6'') with necessary letter writing (golden coloured) in groves on granite plate,boundary and logo of required size and numbers as desired by the department and as per drawing and directed by the department including providing with pandel of size 60'X40' with dias, arrangement of table & VIP chair 10 (Ten) nos. and plastic chairs 200 (Two hundred) nos. electric generator,temporary arrangement of fan and lighting, sound system etc. as desired by the department required for Foundation Stone Laying Ceremoney for public meeting to be addressed by VIPs with supply of package drinking water and refreshment.
