Prime Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an averageoutput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed withbituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5%by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl.no.507.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I) With hydrated lime/cementas filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading I (40 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hotmix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl.no.509. complete inall respect. (Including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I) With hydrated lime/cementas filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading I (19 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.
