The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.3,55,13,176 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.5,32,69,763 (60% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs.7,10,26,351 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with specific requirements based on the number of storeys to be constructed in the proposed building. For example, for buildings with: - Upto three storeys, there is no binding requirement. - Four to six storeys, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of two storeys or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to two storey. - Seven to ten storeys, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of five storeys or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storey. - More than ten storey buildings, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of eight storey or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storey. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building is considered as a storey. If the work involves construction of two or more basements, the bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.2,66,34,882/- (30% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three Consecutive years ending March’2025. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.8,87,82,939/- which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs.3,55,13,176/- (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.88,78,294/-(10% of Estimate cost put to tender).
