The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 1,16,16,544.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs 1,74,24,817.00 (60% of the estimated cost put to tender) * One similar work costing not less than Rs 2,32,33,089.00 (80% of the estimated cost put to tender) Additionally, the bidder should have a total volume of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with an average annual financial turnover amount of at least 30% of the estimated put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The bidder should have completed a total monetary value of construction work during each of the last five years. The experience criteria are reconcilable for works of value less than 1.00 Crore and may be decided as per requirement. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix-I. The assessed available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value. The bidder should also have completed similar works, with a value that can be updated using the factors provided in the updating factors table. The factors range from 1.07 for works completed one year ago to 1.49 for works completed seven years ago. The bidder's existing commitments and on-going works should be valued and updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix-I, and should not exceed the available bid capacity. The value of existing commitments and on-going works should be countersigned by the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. Proposals for sub-contracting components of the works amounting to more than 10% of the bid price should be provided, along with the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant field. The bidder should demonstrate availability of personnel with adequate experience as required, including a Project Manager, Site Engineers, and a Quality Control Engineer, with specific qualifications and experience. The bidder should also have a minimum of 10% of the estimate cost put to tender as their net worth, which is Rs 29,04,136.00. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, and should be APWD registered Class-I (A) contractors. The approximate value of the work is Rs 2,90,41,361.00, and the completion period for the work is 12 months. The bidder should undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. Furthermore, evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value) certified by the bankers is necessary. The bidder should have a valid Electrical license for executing electrification works of projects and should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 17,41,405.00 in a single job. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs 1,16,16,544.00 (40% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidder should have a valid license for executing anti-termite works, or enter into a collaboration/tie-up arrangement with such license holder having requisite experience.
