Air Handling Units & Treated Fresh Air Unit Supply Installtion, Testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted double skin type Air Handling Unit with sectionalized, made of extruded Al section frame structure with thermal break profile of 25±2mm thick panels consisting of GI casing of thickness 0.6mm outside layer and 0.6mm plain GI sheet inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation of density 40±2Kg/cum factory injected between them by injection moulding machine complete with forward/backward curved blower section, 4/6 row deep chilled water cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes ( tube thickness not less than 0.41mm & 11-13 Fins /Inch). The AHU shall be completed with stainless steel drain pan with19 mm thck clsed cell class- O nitrile insulation,fire retardent canvas connection and necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. The motor shall be TEFC drive motor(IE2) suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C. supply. PICV Valve with Actuator Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure Independent Balancing cum Control Valve (PIBCV) which shall be 2 way combined valve of PN 16 rating for flow limitation, controlling flow & controlling Delta P. Valve body upto 50mm shall be brass and cast iron above 50mm.Valve should be equipped with electronic modulating actuator for AHU which can accept either "4(0)-20 mA / 2(0)-10 V DC signals. Operating voltage for actuator shall be 24 V AC. The actuator should be connected to proportionate thermostat. Controller should ensure 100% control valve authority always at all load conditions (part load and full load).Stepless balancing adjustments shall be in valve and control adjustments in actuator. The differential pressure function shall be a diaphragm and shall be out of the main flow to avoid valve blockages and other services issue. Motorised Fire Damper Supply ,Fixing,testing and commssiooning of MOTORIZED fire dampers in supply air duct /main branch and reurn air path as and where required with control wiring. The damper shall be motorised and spring return actuator to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and poen the same incsae of power being restored. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal completeas required and as per specifications and atleast 90 minutes rating as per UL555/1995 TESTED BY CBRI.

Electrical Works STARTER Panel for AHU and TFA Units. 0.75 ~5.5Kw DOL starter complete with suitable rating TPN MCB as incommer, Contactor, O/L relay, ON/OFF-TRIP indication lamp, push bottom swich, auto/ manual selecter swich and all accessories to complete the system. All outgoing shall be provided with Stop/Manual/ Auto/selector switch to facilitate operation through BAS. All starters shall be provided with potential free Contact for Connections to Building Automation System and for fire interlocking system. Also provide 230/24V, 50VA transformer for 24V AC/DC power require for control valve, Temperature and RH Transmeter etc.
