The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E Civil + 7 Yrs Exp. as Manager - Site Engineer (Civil): B.E Civil + 5 Yrs Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 7 years Exp. - Site Engineer (Mechanical): B.E Mechanical + 5 Yrs Exp. Or Dip. Mechanical + 7 years Exp. - Quality Control Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 years Exp. Or, Dip. Civil + 7 Years Exp. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than Rs.2,94,06,506.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project, either by completing two similar works each costing not less than this amount, or one similar work costing not less than Rs.4,70,50,410.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Alternatively, the bidder can also meet this requirement by completing three similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,35,25,205.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should also have completed electrical work worth at least Rs.15.09 Lakh in any one year of the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience of at least 10% of the estimate cost put to tender, in terms of value of completed electrical work. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes having satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. Similar Work means “Projects comprising civil construction works of any Multi Storied RCC framed structure above ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing work, Sanitary & Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting work, all composite executed under one agreement /contract.
