The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.5,26,71,622.00 (40% of the estimated cost), - OR - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.6,58,39,527.00 (50% of the estimated cost), - OR - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 10,53,43,243.00 (80% of the estimated cost). The estimated cost of the work put to tender is Rs.13,43,68,824.00. The bidder should have a minimum net-worth of Rs.1,34,36,882.00, which is 10% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to have specific experience for different positions, including: 1. Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 10 years of experience, having experience of one similar nature of work, for the position of Deputy Project Manager. 2. Graduate Engineer (Civil) or Diploma Engineer (Civil) with 5 or 10 years of experience, respectively, for the position of Project/Site Engineer. 3. Graduate Engineer (MEP) with 5 years of experience for the position of Quality Engineer. 4. Graduate Engineer (MEP) or Diploma Engineer (MEP) with 5 or 10 years of experience, respectively, for the position of Quality Engineer. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality. The bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each section, including experience in eligible similar nature of work, and sixty percent marks in aggregate. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder shall submit an irrevocable performance guarantee of 5% (Five percent) of the tendered amount.
