The required prior work experience for the bidder includes 100% completion of similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should include: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with a maximum score of 20 marks. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar nature of work is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks for values in between the stages indicated above to be determined by straight line variation basis. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. The details of prior work experience are to be provided in a specific format, including: - Name of work / Project and location - Owner/ Department - Cost of work (in Cr.) - Date of start as per agreement - Date of completion as per agreement - Work done (in crore) - Balance work (in crore)
